PictureArticle plugin

I've finally got round to finishing the PictureArticle plugin, which allows you to publish a picture as an article simply by adding the image file to Subversion and stirring in some metadata. Here for example is a picture of some Korean pickled cucumbers. They taste quite unpleasant by the way, far too salty.

It's possible to define alternative text for the image, but of course there isn't much one can say as an alternative picture, so this is just here for demonstration purposes.
